What does your organisation do? What is one unique thing people should know about your organisation that is not on your website?
Oxford North is the city's flagship new innovation district purposefully master planned to enable the next century of life-changing discoveries in science and technology.
The overall masterplan will offer 1 million sq ft of labs and workspaces, 480 homes and three public parks. Phase 1 is now open, delivering The Red Hall and 1 & 2 Fallaize Street, two laboratory buildings which include additional fitted labs workspace. Ideal resources for SMEs looking to grow and larger occupiers seeking high specification new workspace.
Amenities include Fallaize Park, Oxford North's two-acre public park, along with an 80-seater café and 100-seater Town Hall, market square and landmark cycle pavilion. Fun fact, Fallaize Park holds a ground source heat pump network for heating and cooling our new buildings.
Oxford North is uniquely designed as a mixed-hub combining specialised laboratories and workspaces for AI, biotech and quantum computing. Oxford North contributes to strengthening the Oxford – Cambridge Arc, as the globally significant area between Oxford, Milton Keynes and Cambridge. What big problem are you trying to solve, and why does it matter?
The Oxford North vision is to unlock lifesaving science and technology discoveries and create a vibrant new innovation district. It is vital for creating a meeting point and launchpad for diverse practitioners across science and technology. Oxford North has been designed for the specific needs of the science and technology community, for companies needing a flexible blend of lab and workspace. We're offering a spectrum of spaces to suit everyone, from startups to multinationals, which is crucial for supporting discovery and growth.

How can you support — or be supported by — the Oxfordshire ecosystem?
Oxford North has been created by scientists, for scientists, generating a community to support the sharing of knowledge and ideas.
